Tiffany (she/her) is a media educator with over 15 years experience in program and curriculum development. She has worked as an outdoor advocate since 2019 volunteering with organizations such as Brown Girls Climb and Kinship Climbing Collective and is on the board of Rise Outside and the Torne Valley Climbers’ Coalition from 2021-2024.

Melanie (she/her) is an Instructional Designer with more than 10 years combined experience in curriculum development, product design, and program management.

Myhana (pronounced like 'Briana', but with an 'M' - she/her) is an experienced philanthropy professional who is passionate about enabling anyone and everyone to get outside-- especially Womxn and BIPOC folx.
